Mr. Eibergen was born in Holland, on Oct. 20, 1885, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Eibergen. When two years of age, his parents came to the United States and a short time later the family settled at Spencer. Later on the family resided on a farm near Chili, where he lived with them for many years. For the past few years, he was engaged in road construction work in various parts of the country, and the injuries that resulted in his death were suffered while engaged in that occupation.
Mr. Eibergen, who was unmarried, is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Fred Dankemeyer, Marshfield; Mrs. William Jakobi, Antigo, and four brothers, Henry, Chicago; Munce and William of the town of York, and Arthur, Granton. His father and mother are both deceased.
Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 1:15 o'clock from the Wm. Eibergen home in the town of York, the remains having been brought from Wabasha for burial.
