Lila Marlene Rundio, age 87, of Grandville, passed away unexpectedly on December
12, 2022.
Lila was born in Iowa to her parents, Alfred and Wilhelmina (Stip) Nicloy.
Marlene was preceded in death by her siblings, Elvin Nicloy, Luella (John) Ebels, and Shirley (Roger) Rensland.
She will be lovingly remembered and missed by her daughter, Cyndee Roost; and several loving nieces and nephews.
Marlene spent her early working years as a secretary to the Superintendent at Lee High School and moved on to be an auditor for the Kent Intermediate School District. She enjoyed spending time with her daughter, taking care of her grand-dogs, and taking trips to the cottage in Newaygo. She also enjoyed her weekly "puzzle group", and her Sunday after-church coffee meet-up with family/friends.
There are no funeral services being held, but Marlene's family encourages all family and friends to visit her obituary page at www.zaagman.com to share a memorable story, post a photo, or leave a comment about your relationship to Marlene. If one wishes, please consider making a memorial donation to The Huntington's Disease Foundation, your local Humane Society or Animal Shelter, or The Wounded Warrior Project. © Gijs van Roekel, Maarn 2026 - Ga naar begin
