Sharon Kuyper was born July 19, 1950 to Ernest and Harriet (Punt) Kuyper at Mitchell, SD. She attended Gardner Country School in Aurora County. She graduated from Corsica (SD) High School in 1968. She married Glenn Ligtenberg on November 13, 1970. She went to her heavenly home on January 21, 2019.
She is survived by her husband Glenn; son Garth(Chantal), daughter Rita(Joe); grandchildren Tatum, Gavin, Ethan and Mary Ligtenberg and Hudson and Easton Strub. siblings; Arend (Ann) Kuyper, Kathleen (Tom) Vondracek; inlaws, Myra Halsey, Helen (Verlin) Vander Wal, Edgar (Rose) Ligtenberg, Fred(Patty) Ligtenberg, Joan(Wilmer) Niewenhuis.
She was preceeded in death by her parents Ernest and Hariet Kuyper and inlaws, Guy and Bertha Ligtenberg, a brother in law, Darrel Halsey.
