Obituary of Esther

Sioux Center News; July 30, 1982

Mrs. Esther Vande Stouwe formerly of Sheldon, died Wednesday in the Floyd Valley Hospital in Le Mars. Services will be held at the First Reformed church of Sheldon on Monday. Burial will be in the Hope Cemetery, Hull.

Mrs. Vande Stouwe the former Esther Vande Weerd, was born March 26, 1921 at Rock Valley. She married Gerrit J Vande Stouwe July 6, 1938, at Canton, S.D. He died feb 17, 1972.

Survivors include two sons, Roger and Leroy, three sisters, Jennie, Della and Mary Alice; five brothers, Charles, Ray, Fred, Lockie and Thomas.
