After college, Angie worked for Marriott for 2 years, then as a manager for Walmart. She lived in Hutchinson, MN for 8 years before taking a leap of faith, and moving to Greenville, IA, where she found a job that brought her closer to faith and family, communications coordinator for The Western Iowa Synod of ELCA.
Angie's first love was God, closely followed by her love of family. She spent every minute she could with them, especially her niece and nephews. She was an integral part of the Hutchinson Water Carnival, where she was 'Queen Mom' to the candidates. Angie was the family photographer and took beautiful pictures of all kinds. She never went anywhere with less than two cameras. Everyone knew that she loved all kinds of music, and she could do it all, she played piano and had a beautiful singing voice. She was a passionate worker for Relay for Life, Jaycees, The Greenville Congregational Church, and was a devoted friend to all she met.
